We start with a free in-home visit to measure the floor, check the slab's condition, and moisture-test it, then give you a firm per-square-foot quote and a finish recommendation. On install day we diamond-grind the concrete to open the surface, repair cracks, spalls, and pits, and clean the slab. We apply the epoxy base, broadcast decorative flake if you chose it, and seal with a polyaspartic topcoat. Most garages are done in a day or two. You walk on it the next day and drive on it within a few days, and you get a floor that handles salt, moisture, and hot tires for years.
Outside the spring rush, we can usually schedule a coating within a week or two of the quote. A full polyaspartic system is often a single day on site. Larger or commercial floors we schedule around your timeline, including overnight and weekend work to keep a business running.
